Renting a trailer is easy! Browse our selection online, then call us at (704) 498-6386 or message us on Facebook to check availability. We'll send you a rental contract and invoice via Square - completely contactless! A valid driver's license is required at pickup.

Yes, a security deposit is required at the time of pickup. The amount varies by trailer type (typically $100-$300). The deposit is fully refundable when the trailer is returned in good condition.

We process all payments securely through Square. You'll receive an invoice and rental contract directly to your phone. We also accept cash for the rental fee, but a card is required for the security deposit.

Requirements

Your vehicle must have the appropriate towing capacity for the trailer and load. Most of our utility and enclosed trailers can be towed by SUVs and trucks. Flatbed and dump trailers typically require a full-size truck. Check your vehicle's owner manual for towing capacity.

Your auto insurance may cover rental trailers - check with your insurance provider. We offer optional rental insurance for additional peace of mind. Renters are responsible for any damage to the trailer during the rental period.

Most of our trailers use standard 2" ball hitches. Larger trailers may require a 2-5/16" ball hitch. Make sure your hitch is rated for the trailer's weight capacity. We can help you determine the right setup for your vehicle.

Policies

Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the rental start time receive a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee. No-shows forfeit the full rental amount.

Late returns are charged at the daily rate plus a late fee. If you need to extend your rental, please call us as soon as possible. We'll do our best to accommodate extensions based on availability.

Yes, you may take the trailer out of state within the continental United States. Please let us know your travel plans when making the reservation. Additional mileage fees may apply for long-distance trips.

Call our emergency support line immediately if you experience any issues. We'll help troubleshoot the problem over the phone or arrange for roadside assistance if needed. Keep all receipts for any authorized repairs.

Yes! We offer delivery and pickup within a 30-mile radius of our location for an additional fee. Contact us for pricing based on your location.
